Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. We currently ship within the continental United States, with limited options for APO/FPO addresses.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for reliable delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Handling Used Gear

All items are authentic, used military gear. We inspect, clean, and prepare each product before shipping. Minor signs of wear may be present — that’s part of its story.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Ragnarok Gear is not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our warehouse. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Return Policy

Because we sell authentic, pre-owned military gear, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible Returns:

Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in the same condition received.
You must contact us at support@ragnarokgear.com before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or worn gear after delivery
Clearance or bulk-purchase items
Products with visible signs of use post-delivery

If your item meets return eligibility, we’ll issue a refund or replacement once inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
